Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
At Zephyr Health Plus, our professionals and trained caregivers focus on providing person-centered dementia care services for those living with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other kinds of dementia, such as daily routines, meal preparation, positive reinforcement, social skills support, and transportation for appointments and family visits. Meal Prep & Home Helper
Zephyr Health Plus provides "basic" housekeeping and meal preparation services to seniors who require some extra assistance around the house. Our services include help with laundry, dusting, and cleaning, as well as the preparation of meals that fit any dietary restrictions imposed by clients' healthcare doctors.
